Good follow-up

My exuberant golden retriever tore an opening in the soft crate when she was a puppy. She still sleeps in this crate every night although I wanted to replace the shell, it was out of stock for a long time. I was reassured I would be notified when it was back in stock. I was skeptical but I received a note when it became available. I'm grateful for the heads up, now my calmer pup is happy in her nice new crate. Many thanks

Fantastic

I have a very large Labrador Retriever named Finn, he is 106 pounds. He loves his crate and it extremely well made. It's a soft shell crate and has ventilation on all sides. The construction is second to none. Also, they sell any replacement part that you may need even after many years of use.
