Here are some terms and conditions for wholesaling and distribution. 

  1. Minimum Order Value

For first time customers of DogGoods Do Good, the minimum order value is $1,000. New customers pay all invoices upfront, for the first three (3) orders. After new customers have placed three (3), orders and have reached purchases of at least $5,000, they can be placed on a 30-day net account payment term, after a credit application is submitted and approved.

  1. How To Place An Order
  • Fill in the pop-up form or the form at the bottom on this page (reload this page if needed); or 
  • Submit your purchase order or email us at sales@doggoodsstore.com and we will send back an invoice to make the payment. 
  • Alternatively, you may call our customer service representative toll-free +1.833.364.4376, to process your order and we can send an invoice from there. 
  • We are currently working on our online wholesale portal. Once ready, you may be able to directly place orders online.  
  1. MSRP

Products or goods purchased from DogGoods Do good ® shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than the Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) set forth in the agreement, which varies by product, and usually ranges 9-10% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the MAP discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to DogGoods Do Good ® and will typically be granted on a semi-annual basis.

  1. Returns

Returns must be made in writing directly to DogGoods Do Good within 30 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.

Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it. 

  1. Payments

DogGoods Do Good ® accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and EFT payments.

  1. Net 30 Terms

You may also apply for credit terms with us having placed three (3), orders and have reached purchases of at least $5,000 by filling out an application form with at least three credit references. 

Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no criminal intent and in these circumstances, we will only charge the customer a reimbursement of bank fees and other incurred costs.

  1. Shipping

Shipping is typically not included in the cost of goods. DogGoods will bid out freight services to multiple providers, and can simply pass on the invoice price to your order at cost.

  1. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact sales@doggoodsstore.com within 30 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 30 days after receipt.

  1. Delivery Window 

Average delivery timeframes for U.S. orders are between 10-14 days from the time of your order, for products that are in-stock. Larger orders and non-U.S. orders may require more time. We will let you know of current inventory levels and estimated delivery times prior during the order process. 

  1. Backorders

Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. Outstanding back-orders will be shown on each invoice. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us. 

  1. Shipping International Orders

We do not ship international wholesale orders at this time.
We have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer.
